HOW WE WORK TOGETHER

Simple, Transparent & Efficient - From Idea to Delivery

At Jiaxing Kaida Apparel, we keep the process clear and easy to follow. Whether you start with a sketch or a complete tech pack, our team supports you at every stage with direct communication, quick feedback, and practical solutions.

Most projects move from inquiry to sampling within 7–12 days, and then into bulk production after sample approval. You stay informed throughout the process - no unnecessary steps, just a reliable and efficient way to bring your knitwear into production.

Inquiry & Consultation

Send us your ideas: sketches, tech pack, reference samples, or just a concept. Our team will reply in 24 hours with professional advice on feasibility, yarn suggestions, and rough pricing.

You provide: Initial requirements | We provide: Quick feedback & questions to clarify.

Quotation & Proposal

We prepare a detailed quotation including MOQ, pricing, material options, and estimated lead times. For ODM, we can also send trend-aligned design suggestions.

Time: 1–3 days.

Sample Development

We develop your sample (or counter sample) based on confirmed specs. You receive photos/videos and physical sample for approval. Lab dips are available to speed things up.

Lead time: 7–12 days | Revisions: Usually 1–2 rounds included.

Sample Approval & Order Confirmation

Once you approve the sample, we finalize all details (sizes, colors, packaging, labels).

You issue the Purchase Order (PO) and deposit | We lock in: Production schedule and yarn ordering.

Bulk Production

Full production begins: knitting → linking → stitching → washing → finishing. Strict in-line and final QC ensure consistency with approved sample.

Lead time: Depends on quantity and complexity (typically 30–45 days after sample approval). You receive: Regular production updates and photos.

Inspection & Delivery

Final inspection (AQL standard or your requirements). Custom labeling, hangtags, and eco-friendly packaging as requested. Pre-shipment inspection available.
