Q: What is your MOQ for custom knitwear orders?
A: We keep our MOQ flexible to support new brands. Typically, it is 60 pcs per color, with 3–4 colors per style.

Q: Which payment terms do you accept?
A: We accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer), L/C (Letter of Credit), and other internationally standard payment methods.
Q: Which shipping methods do you offer?
A: We offer flexible shipping options including sea freight, air freight, and express courier (DHL/UPS/FedEx), or we can ship directly to your appointed forwarder.
Q: Can you help arrange shipping if we don't have a forwarder?
A: Yes. We work with reliable long-term logistic partners and can quote competitive shipping rates to handle the delivery for you.
