Flexible Manufacturing

We support both small development runs and bulk production. Typical starting quantities are 100–200 pcs per style, with capacity to scale up to 100,000+ pcs per month. This allows brands to move from sampling to production within the same supplier.

Fast Sampling

Sampling is handled by a 15-person development team. Lead time is usually 7–12 days, depending on yarn and construction. We work from tech packs, sketches, or reference samples.

Jiaxing Kaida Apparel Co., Ltd. operates as a knitwear manufacturer in China with an integrated production and export structure. Our production is carried out by our own factory, Tongxiang QiuYang Fashion Co., Ltd., which serves as the core manufacturing base for knitwear development and bulk production. By managing sampling, development, and manufacturing within one system, we keep communication direct and timelines more predictable.
Established in 2012, the company is built on over 40 years of experience in the knitwear industry, combining long-term manufacturing knowledge with practical production and development requirements. We operate more than 300 computerized knitting machines (3–16 gauge) and a complete in-house process covering knitting, linking, sewing, washing, finishing, inspection, and packing.
